Buttons and Bows portrait event

This session type is subject to very limited availability. Standard session sitting fees are $325.00* (with $50.00 of that fee going towards a print credit on your minimum $350.00 photo order, if order is placed within two weeks of proof-receipt – individual sessions order from a separate a la carte pricing list and do not receive discounted package-rate pricing). Special includes the photographer at the indoor or outdoor location of your choice for a full session approximately 1-2 hours in length with up to four family members, and a private and passworded slideshow set to music with separate proofing and ordering gallery that you may share with family and friends. Up to 30 proofs from your session are placed online, typically within 3-4 weeks of session date, and proofs will remain online for 15 days.
A $150.00 non-refundable sitting fee deposit is due within 5 days of booking your ‘portrait event’ date in order to reserve your requested days and times. (Deposit amount varies for session packages.) Appointments may be rescheduled up to two weeks in advance, or in case of illness or emergency.
*All special introductory and package rates posted are in exchange for signed model release(s) for every member of your photo-party, allowing the use of session images on my website and in promotional materials. Following your initial contact, I will set up a telephone or e-mail interview at a time that is convenient for you. At this time we’ll discuss the purpose of the session and the types of portraits you desire. We’ll also go over the looks you are hoping to achieve in order to customize the backdrops, fabrics and props to fit your needs. You will select a preferred location and choose a time and date that fits best into your schedule.
Following payment of your session deposit, you will receive an informational packet in the mail. Depending on the type of session you have selected, this packet might include sample announcement paper and envelope choices, available printing examples, instruction packets specific to your session, and appropriate releases if applicable. The packet will also outline details specific to the location you have selected. It will include tips for pregnant women, nursing mothers, and infants – and also provide clothing suggestions for both children and adults.
Starting in January 2009, all package clients also receive a custom, personalized exclusive clientele website with Buttons & Bows. This passworded site will be the starting point for clients to prepare for upcoming session(s), confirm appointment date(s) and time(s), check the status of orders, access portrait slideshows post-session, and place orders online post-session. There are also links to ‘tips & tricks’ – all of which will make each client’s customized portrait experience run that much more smoothly – including links for easier site navigation at buttonsandbowsphotography.com.
Clients typically budget $750-1000 per ordering session which can include purchases such as desk portraits, wall art, fine art or gallery wrapped canvas, digital files, and session albums. Please contact Robyn for an extended product pricelist.
